The Rockies’ leading nature and adventure company is looking for the right person to fill the following administrative position:

 

Operations and Scheduling Coordinator

This is a one-year maternity leave replacement position with a possibility of it becoming permanent.

This full-time position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual seeking a variety of challenges in a fast-paced work environment. If you get a kick out of organizing complex programs and have the following skills, then we have the perfect job for you:

  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in all common computer applications
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the tourism industry

Duties include:

  • Scheduling and coordination of trip components including staffing, vehicles, equipment, etc.
  • General office duties including answering phone and email inquiries and taking reservations

Guide Positions

Share your passion and local knowledge by joining one of Banff’s original adventure companies! We are looking for passionate, full-time guides for the upcoming summer season for e-biking, daily hikes, multi-day hiking and sightseeing tours.

e-Biking Guides – Starting end of May 2025

Minimum Requirements: (Qualifications can be obtained after getting hired)  

  • Interpretive Guide Association’s Apprentice Guide
  • Minimum valid 16-hour Standard First Aid with CPR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Thorough knowledge of the area’s natural history and culture
  • Must be confident riding a bicycle (does not have to be an e-Bike)
  • Full-Time availability for peak summer months

Preferred Requirements:

  • Class 4 Driver’s license
  • Clean Driver’s abstract
  • Spanish and German Language proficiency preferred
  • Significant work experience in customer service
  • Lives in the Bow Valley

 

Hiking and Interpretive Nature Guides – Starting end of May 2025

Minimum Requirements: (Qualifications can be obtained after getting hired)  

  • Interpretive Guide Association’s Apprentice Guide or ACMG hiking certification
  • Minimum valid 40-hour Wilderness First Aid
  • Class 4 Driver’s license
  • Clean Driver’s abstract
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Thorough knowledge of the area’s natural history and culture
  • Extensive hiking and vehicle-based tour-leading experience

Preferred Requirements:

  • Preference for Professional Interpreter or ACMG Hiking Guide certifications
  • Spanish and German Language proficiency preferred
  • Significant work experience in customer service
  • Lives in the Bow Valley
