Team Building Events in the Rockies and Calgary
Our focus is on finding ways for groups to improve their communication and team skills though fun, challenging, and stimulating activities. Our team building events range from popular themed based programs to completely unique Calgary, Banff, Canmore, Kananaski, and Lake Louise based programs. Central to all of our team building events are the games and activities incorporated within the event, games we call "Mountain Madness" games. Most team building activities offer you the option to pick and choose the Mountain Madness games you feel will work best with your group.

Event Locations and Seasons
Locations
Currently we operate trips and events in a variety of locations including Banff, Calgary, Lake Louise, Canmore and Kananaskis. Special Note about events inside Banff National Park: Within the national parks our events are restricted to in town locations, private properties or along public thoroughfares. Park regulations prohibit commercial activities within forests and wildlands except for activities such as hiking, walking, snowshoeing, and skiing. Orienteering type events are not permitted.
Indoor Events
Events such as Explorer Scavenger Hunt and CSI Rockies can be held indoors depending on the location and the games you'd like to include in your event.
Seasons
Most of our team building events in Alberta are available on a year round basis. Some activities such as mini-Olympics lend themselves better to winter season while some of our themed events work better during the summer. Fall and spring are excellent seasons to host events. Since many of our events have an active element combined with being indoors and outdoors during the event, weather is rarely a problem. Prior to deciding on your event, we'll help you plan it so that it will suit the season and possible weather conditions.
