Booking a trip with White Mountain Adventures is as simple as 1-2-3! Just follow the instructions below.
1. Call or email a reservations consultant
If you would like to speak with a White Mountain Adventures consultant, call us at 1-800-408-0005 anytime during normal business hours (Mon-Fri. 9:00am - 5:00 pm Mountain time) or email us at info@whitemountainadventures.com.
2. Download Forms
Download the booking form which includes the optional trip cancellation insurance form and the medical and personal details form. View our sample waiver which all participants have to sign at commencement of trip.

3. Complete your details with deposit
Complete your Booking Form and the Medical and Personal Information Form and fax or email them back to us along with your deposit of C$400 per person and your insurance payment (if choosing this option). Remember that if you choose to select the trip cancellation insurance it must be accepted at time of booking.
Please ensure you read the Booking Terms and Conditions on the booking form.
4. We'll finalize the paperwork!
On receipt of the booking form, we will confirm your booking and our reservation staff will send you our comprehensive Pre-Departure Kit. This kit will contain all necessary arrival information including group meeting information, comprehensive gear list, (see below) as well as other information tailored to your adventure.

5. We can also handle pre and post trip accommodation
If you'd like to arrange pre-and/or post trip accommodation at the same hotels we use for the trips, please let us know and we'll be happy to book them for you.
