The Pinnacle of Hiking Experiences!

Join one of our guides for one of the best days of hiking you can ever imagine! With little effort you’ll be transported by helicopter up through a mountain valley and then dropped off onto a high alpine meadow where you’ll have fantastic high alpine hiking, unsurpassed mountain views in all directions… and you’ll be the only people around for miles! From the starting point, you’ll have 2-3 hours to hike over open meadows and ridges with your guide.  You can choose from a super easy walk spending all the time you want taking photos, relaxing or enjoying a picnic next to a waterfall, a moderate walk along grassy ridges and hills, to a strenuous hike where you'll follow the crest of a high mountain ridge past an ancient native medicine wheel.

We fly north from Canmore to an open alpine basin at 7500 feet, at the base of an imposing peak. You are left on your own but for the marmots and the bighorn sheep in the distance. After the marriage ceremony, you may enjoy a picnic or walk about in the alpine flora. There is ample time for photos and relaxing before the helicopter returns.
